Our strongest wish is to be happy all the time and to have a problem-free life. For this aim, we put great energy into arranging our external conditions. However, even if things do go according to plan, we never reach a point where we feel completely satisfied. Other times, things never seem to work out no matter how hard we try. Have you ever wondered why this is the case? Is there such thing as luck and destiny? Above all, how can we find the happy life we crave?

According to Buddhism, the answer to these questions lies in the law of karma. Although karma is a widely-used term, very few people understand its real nature or how it functions.

In this day course, we will learn from Gen Kelsang Rabten exactly what karma is (as well as what it is not), and how to use our understanding of it to both purify our negativity and create an abundance of positivity. We will then draw the essential meaning of these teachings deep into our hearts by engaging in qualified Buddhist meditations. We will also have the chance to ask any questions we might have.

By the end of the course, we will not only gain a clear understanding of how the law of karma applies directly to our own life, but also be able to put into practice tangible and effective methods for making long-term improvements to it. In this way, we can create a future filled with happiness and inner peace, and become the person we want to be.
