Janet Yeh is Taiwanese and moved to Tokyo 5 years ago after living in Europe for 22 years. She began her Buddhist studies with the Kadampa Tradition 16 years ago while doing her Bachelor’s degree at Oxford University in England. She delights in sharing with others effective techniques of training the mind which result in a deeply joyful life.
Kelsang Shindro is a Japanese Buddhist nun who has been studying Kadampa Buddhism for 15 years. With her warm heart and joyful example she will share practical advice on how to apply Buddha’s teachings so that everyone can experience inner peace and happiness.
Tadahiko Imamoto has been a Kadampa practitioner since 1994. Running his own business and studying Kadam Dharma, has helped him gain experience of how to integrate the teachings into daily life making it truly meaningful. His positive outlook and sincere and friendly manner is communicated through his teachings.
Matt Lucas began his Buddhist studies with the Kadampa tradition in the UK 15 years ago and has lived in Osaka since 2005. His bubbly friendliness and great enthusiasm towards Buddhist meditation enable him to skilfully share the wisdom of these timeless teachings with modern day students.
